A. EDUARDO BALAREZO
In 24 years of practice, Mr. Balarezo has developed a keen understanding of the American criminal justice system and how it works. He recognizes that although the that system may be considered the best in the world, it is far from perfect.
The Constitution guarantees criminal defendants many rights; however, the system is stacked against them. Unless defendants have experienced counsel during these most difficult times, they will become just another statistic. Mr. Balarezo's extensive experience defending persons charged with serious state and federal offenses allows him to navigate the system and its pitfalls and obtain favorable results for many clients, whether through plea negotiations or trial.
A quote attributed to Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes sums it up for Mr. Balarezo: "This is a court of law, not a court of justice."
Mr. Balarezo is a native of Guayaquil, Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish.
